Overall, for the value, this hotel is a great choice if you're looking for something outside the hustle and bustle of central Tokyo.

Hotel Pulitzer Jiyugaoka was a good place to call home while exploring Tokyo. The location in Jiyugaoka is fantastic, surrounded by trendy shops and eateries, and it's just a block away from the train station. The rooms are spacious by Japanese standards, and the service was excellent and accommodating throughout my stay. However, I did miss having breakfast offered on-site, and the limited closet space might be a concern for some guests.

I had a great week-long stay at Hotel Pulitzer Jiyugaoka. The location was fantastic, just a two-minute walk to the subway, allowing easy access to central Tokyo and the trendy area of Jiyugaoka. The room was comfortable with decent amenities, although it lacked laundry facilities and a closet, which could be an issue for longer stays. Overall, it’s an excellent value compared to pricier hotels in more touristy areas.

My room on the top floor was spacious with a king-size bed and nice linens. I appreciated the jetted tub and shower, but the storage was limited without a closet. Still, it felt more generous in size than many hotels I've stayed at in Japan.
